EDDIE IVAN KAWEELA

I am a Licensed Insights Discovery Coach and Trainer. I work with individuals and teams to grow their leadership and business competences. I specialize in personal and organizational growth strategies including leadership development, sales growth, customer satisfaction, communication effectiveness, team effectiveness, self-awareness, personal growth, and personal branding solutions. I also have over 20 years of media practice in strategic communication particularly in electronic media.

 

Previously, I served as Business Development Manager with Solutions Africa. I also served as Client Partner at Franklin Covey Uganda where I participated in several consultancy missions in Uganda and Rwanda. I have expertise in performance gaps analysis, and in designing learning solutions that close those performance-execution gaps. I have engaged with close to 100 agencies – NGOs, government and corporate organizations in the East Africa region.

 

I’m a former manager of two urban radio stations, and spent 15 years as a cherished radio presenter, before serving as television researcher and presenter with the national broadcaster till 2018. I also had nine years as a university lecturer for communications and leadership courses. I’m team leader at Leadership Yard – a soft skills coaching firm.

I hold an MA Education - Innovation in Learning and Teaching – University of South Wales, and a BA in Communications (1st Class with Hons) from ABU.
